How can I order your styles?
You may place an order via email by sending us the style numbers, quantities, sizes (for rings) and stones selections. We also have an online order form. All orders are immediately confirmed upon receipt along with an estimation of weight, the approximate amount due, and the delivery date. |

Do you do custom orders? Can you produce our designs?
Yes, we do. For custom orders, we would prefer to produce based on your own samples you provide for us. All the styles proposed by our customers will be kept confidential and will not be exposed to other customers. |

How many workers are working for you?
More than 150 silversmiths and 50 staff members are working at their utmost best in order to give you the finest in quality products and services. |

What is your payment option?
We now receive credit card payments through 2CO. However, our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer. |
