Minimum Order policy
A minimum order required as US$ 300.00 value.
With a minimum order quantity as follow :

• Rings 7 pcs per size
• Earrings 10 prs per model
• Pendants 10 pcs per model
• Bracelets 10 pcs per model
• Necklace 10 pcs per model
  

Prices

• All prices in US Dollar.
• Prices for the plain products mostly sell by grams.
• Prices for the stone products could be found on the stone type button with any stone selections.
• Prices is subject to change without any advance information.

How to order
To order by online

1. Click on the "Add to basket icon" button next to EACH item you wish to purchase from our on-line catalogue pages.
2. You will see a sub-total of items in your shopping cart and may either check out or CONTINUE SHOPPING
3. Changes in quantity for each item and or deletions may be made from the shopping basket at any time before "check-out"
4. When you are ready to "Check Out" simply check "I accept the terms and conditions" and press "Next". Complete your personal information, verify your order, and follow on the screen instructions.
   

So that we may provide you with the fastest service, we recommend ordering on our secured site or alternatively contact us via fax or telephone. We would appreciate you including an email address so, that we can confirm shipment of order or contact you should an items be unavailable.

• Other way to order may be made either by email or fax.
• You will be notified once your order has been completed & we will ship it to you upon receipt of final payment of the items.
• Please make sure that your order is clearly explained. Model codes, stone choices, ring sizes, etc. are all essential details.

Shipping
Most orders ship out from PT. Bali Langit Biru within the next business day using Federal Express. Then it takes 2-6 additional business days to reach you. If your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately by email to inform the reason of the delay.
- Shipping cost is not including on prices.
- Shipping cost on our shopping basket is 0; It is NOT mean free. We will inform you the cost when we receive your order.

Tracking your order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track for Federal Express at www.fedex.com.

Terms of Payment
Remittance of payments are to be made via bank transfers (T/Ts). All charges from the bank transfers are to be paid by the customer. Further more, the customer agrees to take all responsibility for any & all import duties on the merchandise in the destination country if applicable.

Cancellation

• In the case of order cancellations, deposit are not refundable.
• Orders not accepted by customers for a period of 3 months or more without any confirmation will be declare 'unaccepted' and will be melted. Deposit on unaccepted orders are NOT refundable.
